All bookings for services can be made with the online booking link or via telephone (04) 473 0110 or email
To ensure booking confirmation, we require your contact number or email and we will give you a courtesy phone call, email or text message to confirm your booking.
We respect that all clients lead busy lifestyles, and understand the need to change booking times.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we do ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so, or "no show" clients may be charged up to 50% of their service fee.
During the busy month on December we ask for at least 48 hours notification for cancellations due to heavy booking requests at this time of year.
